基于SPA-AHP的防空作战方案决策模型

摘要：防空作战方案的评价模型，采用集对分析和层次分析法构建。通过建立待评估方案决策矩阵，构造理想方案。再运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重，形成待评估和理想方案联系矩阵。最后对各项指标值与其相对应的权重系数线性叠加合成，以同一度大小对备选方案排序选优，获得其防空作战方案。
英文题名：The Decision-making Model of Air Defense Operational Plan Based on SPA-AHP Methods
Abstract: Evaluation model of the air defense operational plan is made by use of set pair analysis and AHP. First，the ideal plan is drawn up by creation of the decision-making matrix of plans to be evaluated. The paper then adopts AHP method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes in order to form the connection matrix of the plan to be evaluated and the ideal plan. Through linear superposition synthesis of the value of each index with its corresponding weight coefficient, the optimal air defense combat plan is thus chosen and obtained after the plan candidates are sorted by way of degree of identity.
