基于CAN总线的DNC接口设计

摘要：基于CAN总线的DNC接口设计，由数字信号处理器TMS320F2812、CAN收发器、隔离光耦和DC-DC组成，采用高速光耦实现收发器与DSP间的电气隔离保护控制。DNC接口板通过隔离型DC/DC模块IB0505LS-W75向收发器电路供电。DNC接口软件分DNC主机和DNC2接口卡通讯程序，其通讯控制程序由TMS320F2812语言编写，可接收来自DNC主机的信号指令，再根据指令类型进行设置，与CNC系统或DNC主机通信。
英文题名：Design of DNC Interface Based on CAN Bus
Abstract: DNC interface Based on CAN Bus is mostly constituted with TMS320F2812 digital signal processor controller, the transceiver of CAN, insulated optical coupling and DC-DC. TMS320F2812 digital signal processor is the nucleus of the whole interface module. The host communication program and the interface card communication control program make up of the DNC interface software. The interface card communication control program which was written in TMS320F2812 DSP language can receive the signal instruction from DNC host and communicate with CNC system or DNC host according to the instruction types.
