摘 要:在利用同步辐射进行晶体缺陷的形貌研究时,为了获得晶体缺陷的三维分布信息,在实验中样品要在样品台上沿不同方向旋转轴进行多次旋转,因而需要计算样品经过多次旋转后任意矢量的空间坐标以及缺陷的取向坐标。根据齐次坐标理论导出了单晶体绕样品台任意直线旋转任意角度后晶体中矢量坐标的计算公式,并以晶体同步辐射形貌分析的实例说明了如何利用此公式进行矢量计算。

Method to calculate coordinates of vectors of rotated single crystal in researchof synchrotron radiation topography

Abstract: In order to study the distribution feature of the defects in a crystal, the specimen had to be rotated several times along different axes in the experiments of synchrotron radiation topography. The coordinates of the crystal after rotated had to be calculated when the topographs were analyzed. The formulae were derived to calculate the spherical coordinates of any vector after the specimen was rotated any angles around any axis based on the homogenous coordinate theory. An example was put forward to show how to use the formulae to calculate the spherical coordinates of the crystal in the synchrotron radiation topographic analysis.
